WTP has two incredible training programs for youth and emerging artists that explore the art and craft of theatre.
Youth Theatre Conservatory
Two 7 day intensive sessions for students aged 12 to 18 with a focus on Acting and Musical Theatre. Each Program will be directed by professional theatre artists and both Programs will culminate in an invited Theatre Showcase on the main stage. WTP's Youth Theatre Conservatory is presented in partnership with Maurice Young Millennium Place.

Emerging Artist Development Program
A paid nine week comprehensive professional work experience program which includes four apprentice actors, one apprentice stage manager and one apprentice arts administrator selected through an audition and interview process.
